The world’s first and only Connect Therapy and Yoga retreat.

Alam Sari Resort and Spa, Ubud, Bali. October 9 – 12 2018.

Yogis demand a lot from their body. Restrictions in our body lead to pain, injuries or a block in our yoga practice causing significant frustrations. For Yoga Teachers, it can be particularly troublesome: being able to move well is essential for thriving in our work.

This Therapeutic Immersion Program was developed to find solutions to recurring injuries and inability for yogis to progress through their yoga practice when traditional approaches to Yoga and therapy no longer help. It is designed for yogi’s of all levels and styles of yoga – from the complete beginner needing a safe place to start through to the advanced practitioner or Teacher wishing to deeply understand and progress through their practice.

We will work together to build an individualized yoga practice looking specifically on the postures or goals that you find the most challenging. For teachers this may be the much-needed dose of self care required to enable us to continually serve and support our communities and stay connected to our practice. This program is family friendly.

People normally reach out to her when they’re struggling with pain, recurring injuries, sub-par sports performance or if their body is simply not allowing them to do the things they love.
